Let us be your guide to
find out all you need to know about having a custom ceramic mold created for your
individual or business needs.
The basic process is simple and consists of just four
steps:
1. The model: You can send us your original piece or we can
make one for you.
2. The Master Mold: This is the first hand-made mold off of the model.
(It can be used for a limited number of ceramic castings.)
3. The Rubber Die: It is a rubber mold of the master mold that can
make an unlimited number of casting molds.
4. Production Molds: These are your casting molds produced from the rubber die.
(The first 3 are free with a rubber die purchase.)

- Mold Making:
-
We make
some of the finest ceramic molds in the industry. From a one
piece open face mold, to complex multi-section molds, we use the
highest quality materials in the industry to insure customer
satisfaction...
-
- Rubber Dies:
-
For the client
who needs multiple ceramic molds of the same design, for production ceramic
casting, a rubber die allows us to rapidly, and inexpensively
reproduce the master mold into your casting molds countless times. Again, we use only the
highest quality materials to insure tight seam lines, and no loss of
detail.
-
- Flexible molds:
-
If you
wish to cast your finished product in a self hardening gypsum based material such
as Hydrocal, Hydrostone, Ceramical or other plasters, urethane rubber is a good choice. Depending on your
casting material, the advantages to a urethane mold are that high
relief detail and undercuts can be sculpted into the original piece,
giving it the illusion of more depth over a conventional ceramic
piece. Since the urethane flexes and bends, it can pull out of
deep crevices and details.
- Mold Restoration:
-
If you have an
old ceramic mold that has been a good money producer for you over the
years, but it is worn out or discontinued, we have the capability of
bringing it back to it's original, new condition. Keep in mind,
that this process can be costly, and should only be considered if the
mold has proven to be a good source of income for you. During
this process, we will not infringe on any copyright from any company.
