Dear Human Resource

In my resume form my homepage I respectfully submit for any computer related position you may have open currently or in the near future.  Teamed with my education in networking and programming, my many certifications and past work experience with Saint Vincent Health Systems, I am confident I would be an asset to your organization.

I graduated from Tri-State Business Institute and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with two Associates in Science Degrees.  Throughout my educational process, I established a wealth of knowledge of computer operation systems.  I assembled and disassembled computers during my studies and utilized that knowledge extensively at my last position.  My background includes hands-on programming with Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, and XP.

Recently I was caught in an organizational downsizing at Saint Vincent Health System where I was heavily involved in a major upgrade of new computers for all associates.  I also assisted help desk associates and participated with the duties of a weekly daily project list.  Having worked as a Lab Assistant in the computer labs at Edinboro University, I studied the Microsoft Office 2000 and XP Professional packages there and at Tri-State Business Institute.  I obtained certifications in Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure, Installing, Configuring, and Administrating Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Installing, Configuring, and Administrating Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, CompTIA Network +, Intranet: NetWare 4.11 Administration, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Word Expert 2000, Microsoft Word 2000, and Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 Certifications at Tri-State Business Institute.
